Our Process
Creating a website(or any other creative project) can be overwhelming without help. We’ve created and managed hundreds of websites and design projects so we can confidently guide you through each step of the process. Our team will work collaboratively with you throughout each part of the design and creative process. While each project can vary depending on client needs or the type of project, below is an example of a website development project.

To begin a project, we typically get an email from a prospective client with basic details on a project. From here, we’ll make notes and schedule a time to meet up to discuss. This ensures we’re on the same page, and helps us create an accurate quote.
This meeting and quote is completely free, with no strings attached.

After the initial meeting, our team reviews and sends a quote based on the scope of work discussed. If the quote is agreed upon, the client signs and returns it to us with a 50% non-refundable payment to begin work.

The first phase of work begins, which includes:
Gather assets from client such as photos, logos, logins, etc.
Review any creative examples from client
Site architecture layout
Logo and branding
Homepage design
After work is complete on this phase of the design process, our team meets with the client to review and discuss. If any updates or changes need to be made, those are noted.

After basic design elements are approved, we move on to build the remaining site pages and elements, including:
Forms
Email marketing setup
Ecommerce APIs
Linking social media accounts
Any site updates or changes from the first project review are completed in this phase. Once this part of the project is complete, we meet with the client to review.

At this final stage of the project, our team wraps up any loose ends, such as:
Updates from the second project review
Testing forms and links
Linking domain to website
No additional changes can be made at this point in the project without requiring a new quote to cover additional work.

After testing the website on our end, our team sets the website live! We’re available for two weeks after launch date for support and questions at no charge.
Final payment is due when the website is live.
